2008 is finally here! Some might say that 2007 flew by quickly while others feel it seemed like a very long year. Either way, I am very excited for the New Year! While last year everything seemed to be negative around the real estate market, things seem to be looking up this Spring! Condo asking prices are at or near the bottom and will level out and may even climb slightly in 2008. Single family homes should see an increase in value. Buyers are definitely just as excited about the New Year. I have more and more buyers contacting me on a daily basis and my listings are getting more activity. Things are looking up!
